Pastel Drawing for kids

Step by step...
You will need: sugar (or cartridge) paper, (pale colours) pastels, (or chalk and charcoal).
1,2+3... Use the end of the pastel for thin lines and lay the pastel flat and drag along for thick lines

4... Use your finger tips in small circles to gently smudge the pastel. For the hair, use your fingers to drag the pastel.
5... Use black to draw the eye, nostril and mouth. Use the side of the black to gently add some shading on ears, cheek and neck.

6+7... Use white to draw a zig zag across the face and draw other lines out from this.
