I love elephants and my children and I like to follow the progress and excellent work of Dr Dapne Sheldrick.

She runs the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust rearing orphaned elephants and rhinos, her work has been recently shown on the television program 'Elephant Diaries'.

We fostered a little elephant called Sunyei a while ago and followed her rescue, it was a great way to learn about these wonderful animals and help at the same time. The web site is well worth a look, it's amazing, check it out.
